As a task for applying at a big software company in Munich, I had to prove my UX skills by creating a case study for a mobile app to report maintenance issues in a community. I chose an international student dormitory and started my interviews there. Join me on my journey through the different stages and methodologies of this project.
Seeit is a video streaming service specialized for supporting onsite service workers.
It became a fully grown product in record time and helped to save millions of dollars for one of our biggest customers: Sears Home Services.
GoToAssist and GoToAssist Seeit are powerful remote support tools, and we wanted to help our customers deal with the actual cases that they solve with them. So we conceived a ticketing system with seamlessly integrated remote support sessions, which was a unique selling factor at its time.
